Viewing Feedback
Access all feedback submissions from your dashboard. Filter by:
- App: View feedback from a specific app
- Widget: View feedback from a specific widget
- Date Range: Filter by submission date
- Sentiment: Positive, neutral, or negative
- Status: New, reviewed, resolved
Feedback Details
Each feedback submission includes:
- Message: The user's feedback text
- Sentiment: Automatically detected sentiment
- Timestamp: When the feedback was submitted
- Source URL: The page where feedback was submitted
- Browser/Device: User's browser and device info
- Custom Data: Any custom fields you configured
Managing Feedback
Status Workflow
- New: Just submitted, not yet reviewed
- Reviewed: Acknowledged by a team member
- In Progress: Being worked on
- Resolved: Issue addressed or feedback implemented
Actions
- Reply: Send a response to the user (if email collected)
- Tag: Add labels for categorization
- Assign: Assign to a team member
- Export: Download feedback as CSV or JSON

View aggregated insights:
- Submission trends over time
- Sentiment breakdown
- Top pages generating feedback
- Response rate and resolution time
