Managing and understanding the feedback you collect.

Viewing Feedback

Access all feedback submissions from your dashboard. Filter by:

  • App: View feedback from a specific app
  • Widget: View feedback from a specific widget
  • Date Range: Filter by submission date
  • Sentiment: Positive, neutral, or negative
  • Status: New, reviewed, resolved

Feedback Details

Each feedback submission includes:

  • Message: The user's feedback text
  • Sentiment: Automatically detected sentiment
  • Timestamp: When the feedback was submitted
  • Source URL: The page where feedback was submitted
  • Browser/Device: User's browser and device info
  • Custom Data: Any custom fields you configured

Managing Feedback

Status Workflow

  1. New: Just submitted, not yet reviewed
  2. Reviewed: Acknowledged by a team member
  3. In Progress: Being worked on
  4. Resolved: Issue addressed or feedback implemented

Actions

  • Reply: Send a response to the user (if email collected)
  • Tag: Add labels for categorization
  • Assign: Assign to a team member
  • Export: Download feedback as CSV or JSON

Analytics

View aggregated insights:

  • Submission trends over time
  • Sentiment breakdown
  • Top pages generating feedback
  • Response rate and resolution time
